Chikamichi

A very simple Chrome extension that enables fuzzy search of browsing histories and bookmark and tab. Inspired by Sidekick search dialog.
The Japanese meaning of chikamichi is a shorter way.

✨ Features

⚡️ Fuzzy search your browsing history and bookmark and tab. powered by Fuse.js
🔐 All processing is done within the browser. No history data will be sent to the any server.

💻 Usage

command	action
Alt + k	Open search dialog
↓ or ↑ (Ctrl + n or Ctrl + p)	Select history
Enter	Open the selected hisotry url
Ctrl + Enter	Open the selected history url in new tab

Adding submit github action

Hi @kawamataryo,

Thanks for making chikamichi - your extension is awesome!

I was looking for some way to contribute, and thought that maybe an automated submission pipeline for the zip archive could be helpful. I created a github action called bpp that can submit the zip to the Chrome/Firefox stores automatically for you. It is set to run manually from the github action tab, but we can tweak it to run as frequent as you wish! The only thing you would need to create is a SUBMIT_KEYS github repository secret.

This secret is a json, with the schema defined here.

Here's a sample key:

refactor: optimize Fuse.js option

I tried optimizing Fuse.js options to get the results want more. Try it if you like.

minMatchCharLength

The default of 1 may include unintended results.

shouldSort

To sort the result list, by score.

ignoreLocation / distance

Too long strings often contain extraneous characters that can become noise.

⚠️ However, this setting may prevent from getting what used to be able to get.

keys

Add key for weighted search. searchTerm is for AND search across keys.
