Stats

macOS system monitor in your menu bar

Installation

Manually

You can download the latest version here.
Download the file called Stats.dmg. Open it and move the app to the application folder.

Homebrew

brew cask install stats

No sensors - Apple Silicon

Sensors not properly displaying. I originally got them to work on first install, but upon starting the system the following day the temperature sensors were no longer displaying.

When "Sensors" toggled ON, an interactive blank section appears in the menu bar where the display should be.
Upon clicking blank area, the entire sensors dropdown is blank as well. See image below. (the temp display next to it is TG Pro). That's just there temporarily as a test to see if other apps displayed the proper information.

What I've tried:

Enabling permissions for Full Disk Access, Accessability.
Toggling permissions on and off.
Restarting the application and MacBook.
Fully remove/uninstall Stats and reinstall

many temperature options are not available on M1 Pro/Max

Describe the bug I could not find options like 'highest temperature' under the sensor tab. It was present on M1 MacBooks, but not on M1 Max. and the 'PMU tcal' temperature is stuck at 52 degree Celsius and does not change regardless of the system load, although I don't know what that means, I think it should vary just like the other sensors? :)

Wrong RAM stats

When my RAM is 80 % full, the icon displays 50 % free. Also I would welcome a color wheel that just shows Used (Wired+Active+Inactive) as 1 part of the pie and Free as the other part. Ideally the color of the wheel would be user configurable. So I would have red/orange for used, white for free memory and a gray circle around the icon.

While my system is writing and reading intensively, the corresponding stat shows 0/0 for read and write access.

I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Early 2013) according to the About This Mac screen, but in the Stats dashboard MacBook Pro 15" (Retina, Mid 2012) is shown.

[Feature Request] Colorize network "Speed" value text to match pictogram colors

In order to more elegantly and compactly visually indicate network activity, is it possible to add a "Colorize Speed Values" (or whatever you feel is best to describe it) option under the Network Widget settings for when Speed widget is selected ? This will allow those that desire a smaller menubar footprint to select "None" for Pictogram, yet still get a colorized visual indicator of bandwidth direction as the colorized Speed values change.

To be clear, the idea is to allow an option to colorize the white text values below to match the Pictogram indicator colors, even when "None" is selected in the Pictogram settings:

This is not a new idea of mine, but a feature that I appreciated with the now-defunct MenuMeters by Alex Harper:

Thanks for such a more full-featured and lovely utility that I doubt I would have ever stumbled across if not for MenuMeters becoming obsoleted !

RAM widget and popup don't show the same value

The RAM % widget and the value shown in the popup are sometimes different (off by 1%, rounding error?). Update interval is 1 second, it's not that.
