Use adb exec-out instead of shell

This removes the need for the perl hack and makes it work with API level 25 which were producing corrupted images due to said hack.

Reademe Example Not 100%

The readme example has the usage of -f for filename which does not work.

In reviewing the code, I saw a check for --filename which DOES work.
