No preview images when using the search

Describe your issue here, and if possible, add an image.

When a search keyword is entered and the grid is updated, the preview images aren't loading. (Tested in Safari and Chrome) This is 100% reproducable and always happens when using the search:

Icon not changing in Bug Sur

I tried to change the Spotify icon (from the Get info), but instead the icon changed to a Preview app icon (Big Sur Public 11.0 Beta (20A5343j)?

IntelliJ_WebStorm Resized and Add New Icons

I found that the exist IntelliJ_WebStorm Icon is bigger than the normal size. So, I resized it that will look as normal one. I made this pull request so I hope it can replace the old one. Files that contain an icns file, a high-res png file and a low-res png file.

Sorry because previous name and pull request was wrong, so I made some extra commits. Now everything should work fine.

Downloading one's own submissions contributes to download tally, and multiple downloads from same IP are tallied

Describe your issue here, and if possible, add an image.

Hi! It seems when downloading one's own submissions, even those awaiting approval, the download tally goes up.

Likewise, successive downloads of the same icon from the same IP address also count.

These two oversights can likely be abused through bots in order to artificially prop up download numbers even before submissions are approved.

iOS icons are too zoomed in

When converting the macOS icons to iOS icons, the site zooms in the icon too much, which can interfere with the content or just make them look strange.

It also appears to be slightly off-center to the left and top.

I realize you need to zoom it in extra to some extent, but I've seen someone who manually did it and they look perfect.
